Pearson Online Academy Celebrates 168 Students in the Class of 2024
Leading international online private school commemorates graduates with virtual ceremony
Baltimore, MD (June 24, 2024) – Pearson Online Academy, a leading U.S.-based, accredited virtual private school serving students in grades K-12 across the country and worldwide, celebrated the school’s 168 graduating seniors on Friday, June 14. The Pearson Online Academy 2024 graduates participated in the school’s annual online graduation ceremony where they were celebrated for their academic achievements by school staff, teachers, and family from across the globe.
Pearson Online Academy’s Class of 2024 featured graduates from around the world including Italy, Poland, Portugal, U.S. Virgin Islands and more with different interests, skills, and backgrounds, dedicated to achieving academic excellence and pursuing their passions outside the classroom. Nearly half of the graduating class plan to attend two- or four-year colleges or universities including Princeton University, the University of Sussex, and the University of Pennsylvania. Other graduates plan to enter the workforce, serve in the military or take a gap year. The Class of 2024 collectively earned more than $700,000 in scholarship funds.
