Technology Support Services for the Online Classroom

Pearson Online Academy’s technology support staff members have expansive knowledge of computer technology and our educational management system.

We provide extensive online classroom technical support for students and parents via toll-free phone service and email. During regular business hours (9 a.m. to 9 p.m. ET, Monday-Friday), calls and emails are routed directly to the technical support staff on duty. After-hours and on weekends, requests are recorded and responded to the next business day.

Pearson Online Classroom® Help

What is it?

Pearson Online Classroom (formally known as Connexus®) Help is a searchable knowledge base used for self-service support on help topics, technical documents, password recovery, and video tutorials designed to teach you how to use the Pearson Online Classroom and its many useful features.

If you’re having trouble figuring out how to do something or have questions about the Pearson Online Classroom and its features, try doing a keyword search in Help to look for answers first. You can also find troubleshooting tips for your computer.

How to Reset Your Password

The instructions listed below describe how to reset your Pearson Online Classroom password if you have forgotten it or wish to change it.

You will need to have your username and the email address that is associated with your account. If you have forgotten your username or email, please call the support representative for assistance at 1-877-804-6222 or email us at support@connexus.com.

Once you have submitted your user verification, further instructions will be sent to the email address that is associated with your account. If you are unable to find this email in your inbox or junk mail folder, please contact the support representative for assistance.

To confirm your request for a new password, you must click on the link that is provided in the email. You will be asked to create a new password, which must meet the following criteria:

  • be at least 8 characters in length;
  • contain at least 1 lowercase and 1 uppercase letter;
  • contain at least 1 number (0–9); and
  • contain at least 1 special character (!, @, #, $, %, ^, &, *)

Submit the new password to complete the request! You will be redirected to the Pearson Online Classroom login page, where you can now log in and access your user account.
